Textarea Syntax Highlighting for Chrome

Instantly transform all textareas on the page into code editors with syntax highlighting. Just click the extension's button, and all of the textareas on the page will be displayed with syntax highlighting.

Also, SNTX will automatically add syntax highlighting to textareas in any Miva Merchant admin.

It currently supports 14 syntax highlighting themes: ambiance, blackboard, cobalt, eclipse, elegant, erlang-dark, lesser-dark, monokai, neat, night, rubyblue, twilight, vibrant-ink, and xq-dark.

It also supports four languages: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.

Features

Sublime Text Shortcuts
- Multi Cursor Editing
  - Select several lines and then pressCtrl + Shift + l to split the selection by line
  - Select some text and press Ctrl + d to incremetally find the next matching text
  - Hold Alt and drag your cursor up and down to select lines by the column
  - Find all matches. Select some text and press Alt + F3 to find all matches within the textarea
- Bookmark Lines
  - Ctrl + F2 to bookmark the current cursor position
  - F2 goes to the next bookmarks
  - Shift + F2 goes to the next bookmarks
  - Shift + Ctrl + F2 clears existing bookmarks
- Ctrl + up/down to scroll up/down by one line
- F9 will sort the selected lines (case-sensitive) from A-Z. If no lines are selected it will sort all of the lines
- Ctrl + F9 will sort the selected lines (non-case-sensitive) from A-Z. If no lines are selected it will sort all of the lines
- Shift + Ctrl + D will duplicate the current line(s)
- Ctrl + J will join the selected lines
- Ctrl + / will toggle a comment
- Ctrl + Enter will insert a line after the current one
- Shift + Ctrl + Enter will insert a line before the current one
Indent Blocks of Text
- Increase indent by selecting several lines of code, and then pressing tab OR Ctrl + ]
- Decrease indent by selecting several lines of code, and then pressing Shift + Tab OR Ctrl + [
Ctrl + Shift + up/down to move a line up or down
Alt + Space to display code hints/autocompletions
Ctrl + F to search for text. Regular Expression searches are supported: /regex/ig
Ctrl + Shift + F (or Ctrl + Shift + R) to find and replace text.
F11 for Fullscreen Mode
- While in fullscreen mode, press Esc or F11 to exit Fullscreen Mode

Extension Features
- Adjust Font Size
- When browsing the web, if you hover over or right-click a textarea, then show an icon that when clicked turns it into an editor.
- Clicking extension buttons toggles auto syntax highlighting (Auto, Manul, Off)
  - Add a shortcut to turn the plugin on and off. If you do not want it on the text area that you are currently viewing
  - Add button or right-click option to destroy syntax highligting on individual textareas
- Add button to disabled syntax highlighting on an individual textarea.
- Extension options for indentation settings (2/4 tabs/spaces)
Bugs/Fixes
- Long, un-broken lines don't wrap well the editor goes beyond the edge of the window
- iOS/Mac keyboard shortcuts don't work
  - Add Fullscreen trigger to right-click context menu
  - Find solution to keyboard issue
- ctrl+down doesn't go all the way and breaks scroll
